About
Small studio.
Careful drawings.
Tarnhale started in a spare room in Lancaster, drawing kitchen extensions for neighbours. Today we're three people in a studio near the canal, designing homes from the coast to the fells. Sample
We like plain forms, honest materials and buildings that sit quietly in their place. Most of all, we like clients who want a home that works for them, not a show house.
We keep the studio small on purpose, so the person you meet at the first chat is the person drawing your home.
